Rock-Paper-Scissors is a simple game where two players choose one of three hand signs— Rock (✊), Paper (✋), or Scissors (✌️)—and reveal them at the same time. The winner is determined by the rules: Rock crushes Scissors, Scissors cut Paper, and Paper covers Rock. If both players choose the same sign, it's a tie.
